Our decision to sell was sudden so we needed someone who would be committed and thorough in the planning, making recommendations about getting the house in shape for viewing, arranging photographs, finding comparable local properties, hosting the open house, and closing the deal. Quentin understood our urgency and immediately got to work to see our house. He performed magnificently, getting professional photographs of our home done and posted, listing it, hosting an open house within 3 days. He demonstrated initiative, superior knowledge of the process, well connected with professionals in the Real Estate world... so got things done quickly and professionally. He knew that we were not familiar with the process so he walked us through every step culminating in our accepting a contract within 5 days on the market!
