Q is an amazing realtor! We met in 2020 when he was just supposed to show my a house because my realtor was out of town. We just clicked and I stayed with him. It took us 2 years to finally get a house out of this now friendship! He is realible, dependable, and loyal! He will go that extra mile for you!

Quivari helped make my first time purchase move seamlessly. I contacted Quivari to arrange showings last minute and he surpassed the challenges of last minute lending changes and having to arrange things with me being out of state. He communicated well and was an amazing advocate and stepped in to make things happen when I couldn't always be present. I'd definitely recommend his services and would work with him again.

As a first tome home owner my wife and I went into the house buying process not knowing much about the intricacies of it. Quivari not only helped us understand the ins and outs of the process but looked out for our best interest. He made sure that any problem that came up during the process was taker care for and that it would not impact us in any way. At the end the process didnt seem as daunting as we thought and he made looking forhouses very enjoyable with his great humor and personality. Definitely would buy another house just to do this with him again.

Quivari was the buyers agent on a house I was selling and really stepped up for his buyer, and myself (the seller) if I am honest. Having done real estate full time for the last 5 years, and having worked with/dealt with a number of agents, I can say the good ones are few.

Quivari was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. We had a tight budget and a list of needs that made it difficult to find a new house in this market. Quivari looked at many properties with us. He was always professional and so positive. And when we found the right property he did an excellent job making sure that we had a fair offer. We signed on a new property this past week.
