Originally from Alexandria, Qurath moved to Richmond to earn two Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Real Estate Finance at Virginia Commonwealth University. This knowledge, coupled with her experience as a Certified Public Accountant and her experience in sales, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings.
When it comes to Richmond real estate, Qurath admires the city’s landscape and how it interacts with its architecture.
Qurath says, “I am certain that Richmond has everything that anybody could ever need in a home, and that’s what I love about the city—its abundance in style and neighborhoods.”
When it concerns her clients, Qurath believes in a philosophy of transparency. She believes that creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together. Her clients describe her as dedicated, passionate, and caring.
After living in the downtown Richmond area for a number of years, Qurath currently resides in North Chesterfield with her husband, Joseph Gaines. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and traveling.
