She has 18 years of experience in purchasing, owning, selling, and leasing real estate, most of which has been done through her own company, IN-Site Real Estate Services, LLC, for the last 13 years.

The award was calculated using years of experience, sales volume, customer satisfaction surveys, and feedback from peers. Given to just 2% of real estate agents, this achievement was awarded to Rachael in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, and 2014.

This volume has come through her emphasis on single-family residential, land, and farm sales in Hendricks, Putnam, Morgan & west Marion county. Additionally, Rachael has been a member of ICBR, MIBOR, NAR, and IAR since 2002.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Rachael attended Taylor University, majoring in business and finance, graduating in 2001. Before that, she graduated from North Putnam High School and grew up on a farm where she spent many days learning what hard work was all about. Today, Rachael is married and has 4 kids at home. The family enjoys spending time outdoors on their property and being involved with church and sports.
