Rachael Chambless

Rachael has many jobs and wears many hats. She got her real estate license in 2009 and broker’s license in 2014. She now owns & operates KIS Property Management where she uses her knowledge of the real estate industry and extreme attention to detail to offer simple, stress free management to property owners throughout San Diego county.

In addition to helping her clients buy, sell and rent property, she also works as an Office Manager for RC Realty where she assists many agents with marketing, advertising, and all necessary paperwork involved in closing a real estate transaction file.

Rachael is also a Notary Public and offers free notary signings to all past clients.

She is energetic, hard-working, professional and highly dependable. She is also a quick learner with the motivation to learn new skills. Rachael is an organized individual with high standards in the work place. She has excellent communication skills that make her a highly valued asset to any team.
