Rachael Cotton

Rachael is a REALTOR® helping buyers, sellers and investors in North Metro Atlanta, Georgia. She specializes in new construction and luxury homes, as well as, relocation, first time buyers and military/veteran clients. She brings value-added services to all her clients with her experience of over 24 years in sales and negotiations and her expertise of new construction homes as a former onsite Real Estate Agent for local home builders. She offers straight-forward advice and always put her clients' best interests first. She treats her clients with compassion, and they become like family. Yet, her ability to think analytically and overcome any obstacles puts them in a winning situation. Her motto is to always go the extra mile and to be the kind of entrusted agent her clients would happily refer...even to their own family.

Rachael has been licensed since 2014 and has won several production awards including the Million Dollar Club, Leading Edge Society (Top 7% Agent Globally at BHHS) and Honor Society (Top 14% Agent Globally in BHHS).

A little more about Rachael----She grew up the youngest of 7 in a military family, so they moved often. She was born overseas but spent most of her childhood in Florida. She moved to the North Metro Atlanta area of Georgia in 2005 and now calls it her home. She has four children (three in college) and two stepsons. She holds a bachelor’s in business of Accounting from the University of North Georgia.
