Rachael Joiner

I'm Rachael Joiner, also known as the Real AZ Realtor®. I am an experienced real estate agent in both Arizona and Illinois. I have been involved in the real estate world since 2007, helping families find the best possible options for their home buying and home selling goals.

I started my real estate career in 2007 as a part time Residential Real Estate Appraiser, while working my primary career as the Director of Education at a prominent college in downtown Chicago. In 2014, I chose to step away from my career in formal education to focus on and enhance my real estate career.

I became a Real Estate Agent, specializing in educating my clients on the many different options and programs available. In 2023, I took it a step further and added Mortgage Loan Originator to my real estate portfolio. Although I work primarily as a Realtor®, having the knowledge, resources and inside scoop as a loan officer allows me to better assist my clients. In other words, I'm all in!

?I have been deemed the Real AZ Realtor® because I am very much a straight shooter. I actively listen to your goals and give you a thorough look into what it takes to reach them. Together, we develop a plan of attack.
