Rachel was fantastic during our purchasing process. We were moving in from out of state, and she kept everything moving forward. We looked at multiple homes with Rachel for at least 6 months. She was patient until we found a house we loved. She assisted greatly with our offer, which was accepted. And, since we were out of state, coordinated with our son -in - law during the inspection process. Our daughter and her family live locally. In addition, when I came down with Covid and was hospitalized, Rachel was able to get the sellers to agree to an extension for closing.

All in all, we could not ask for a more positive and professional experience. Thank you Rachel for making our move happen!!! We are glad to be in AMERICA!!!

Rachel was a godsend for me and my wife when buying our first house. She was always ready to help guide us through the waters of paperwork, inspections, city codes, and all of the other obstacles that you will run into a in this process.

The one word I would use to describe her would be “superlative.”
The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme.

If you are looking for someone to have your back at every turn, she’s the standard. We Love Rachel!

I highly recommend Rachael Jones to be your realtor. In Today's challenging market in Austin, she was fundamental in helping us to find the correct house for my family. Once we found a house on the listing, we contacted her and she made her self available so we can meet at the property the same day. In couple of hours we had secured the property and started immediately with the application process. My family and I thank her for moving so fast, helping us with this and for always being available.
This is the 2nd property that Rachael help us to find. Rachael is professional, responsive and is always there to help and support in any way she can. I strongly recommend working with her!

She knows all the in and outs of the area finding the right home even in a supply constrained market. Her personal approach was great. Rachael made herself very available for us to see homes we were interested in. She remained committed to us and respectful of our timeframe. She was attentive to our family's needs and patient with us while we worked to find the right home for us. Once we found the right home, Rachael worked very quickly for us to be able to secure it, and continued to make herself available even after we moved in. She checked in with us on the day she knew we were picking up our keys and also followed up after that point to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed.
