Rachael Phillips

Rachael offers her clients an outstanding level of service through her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, both commercial and residential, and through her personal, down-to-earth approach. She has 18 years of experience in purchasing, owning, selling, and leasing real estate, most of which has been done through her own company, IN-Site Real Estate Services, LLC, for the last 13 years.

Rachael’s success has been built as a result of her referrals from past and present clients that have had a positive experience. As a result, she has been designated a 5-Star Professional, which is an industry-wide award given to only the top real estate agents in the Indianapolis area. The award was calculated using years of experience, sales volume, customer satisfaction surveys, and feedback from peers. Given to just 2% of real estate agents, this achievement was awarded to Rachael in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, and 2014.

While Rachael’s company is not a household name, she is able to utilize the same marketing capabilities and technology as the larger real estate companies in the market, but with a more custom and personal approach. Rachael’s individual sales volume has been $4,552,000, $5,267,000, and $5,361,000 in 2019, 2018, and 2017, respectively. This volume has come through her emphasis on single-family residential, land, and farm sales in Hendricks, Putnam, Morgan & west Marion county. Additionally, Rachael has been a member of ICBR, MIBOR, NAR, and IAR since 2002.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Rachael attended Taylor University, majoring in business and finance, graduating in 2001. Before that, she graduated from North Putnam High School and grew up on a farm where she spent many days learning what hard work was all about. Today, Rachael is married and has 4 kids at home. The family enjoys spending time outdoors on their property and being involved with church and sports.
