As a resident of Leesburg in Loudoun County for more than 37 years, she feels that the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling farmland remind her of her family farm and home in Australia. After work at the Australian Embassy in Washington, DC and marriage, her husband and she moved here when her husband started his orthopedic practice. They bought their own farm and raised their five children and, in their spare time, black Angus cattle. She loves helping people find their new home or sell and have done so for the past 14 years...from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Nation’s Capital. She may be a little biased but Leesburg is one of the best places to live. In less than an hour you can be in Washington, DC and only twenty minutes to an international airport. Plus, we have great restaurants, a historic downtown, Halloween parades, Garden week and beautiful countryside with vineyards, horses, cattle, and organic farms.
