About Rachael

Rachael Smith was born and raised in snowy Colorado. Shortly after graduating with a major in Communications, she and her husband moved to Atlanta. While still not a huge fan of the humidity, two decades of building community, she now says Atlanta is truly her home.

Rachael has spent her entire professional career designing solutions for clients and delivering elevated levels of service along the way. She has an extensive background in sales and customer care. Her heart for the community has led her to take on leadership roles within her sphere of influence and, combined with her background in sales and customer care, led her to Bolst, Inc.

Rachael Smith got into real estate because she has a deep heart for helping others create “home” in their own lives. She has an eye for how spaces can be configured to enable connection, laughter, and serenity. She is a gifted communicator, a strong leader, and is committed to serving people.

Rachael and her husband have three school-aged boys and live in town just east of downtown. In her free time, she is always up for a friendly conversation, a delicious meal, or a long bike ride.
