Rosewood Homes did my whole-house remodel. That included gutting the kitchen, changing layout of the master bath and closet, replacing a fireplace, and extensive flooring. I’m pleased with the quality of the work, and that the job stayed on schedule. The up-front estimate was impressively accurate, and every change was priced before the work was done. There were no surprises, which is hard to believe for a project of this scope. Larry and Rachael are great to work with. I will definitely call on them for future projects.

What first turned us on to Rosewood Homes was the Sioux Falls Fall Parade of Homes where we met Larry. We had been chatting with many builders during the parade and many were not warm to our ideas as it appeared many preferred to build ranch style homes. Larry was very open to our idea of a traditional 2 story and had us work with Rachael to arrange viewing similar homes that they had recently built. They had our business from that moment. We would highly recommend Rosewood Homes & Real Estate, Inc. if you are wanting to build a custom home in the Sioux Falls region.

Larry and Rachel were wonderful to work with. During the time of our home build, we required numerous special accommodations in our home, yet wanted the look and feel of a 'normal' home that did not look modified for an individual in a wheelchair. They absolutely nailed it!!! They took the time to walk through every detail with us during the entire project to ensure we had the functionality and mobility always. I remember all four of us standing in the master shower as we were checking to make sure there was enough room to turn around in a wheelchair!!! Needless to say, there absolutely was. They made what was at times difficult in having to address the reality of our needs and enjoyable experience and we were able to create an absolutely gorgeous home that looked 100% 'normal' to the visible eye. Oh and how did we meet Larry and Rachel?? We were driving around looking for any possible accessible home, or home in progress of being built that we could modify. Larry was out in front of a home they were building and we asked if he built the home across the street and if we could see it. He did not build that home, but brought us inside to meet his wife Rachel, we chatted briefly about our needs and the next thing you know, we were sitting down at a table designing our floor plan. They truly listen to your needs and that is what sold us on them!

After interviewing some other builders my wife and I hired Rosewood Homes to build our dream home and we are very happy with the result. Larry was great to work with throughout the process, it's clear they have a great rapport with their subcontractors, our home was constantly buzzing with activity throughout the process, there never appeared to be any struggle keeping contractors engaged in our project as others we know have had. Larry was very attentive to the project and maintained great communication throughout the process and even after move-in. Rosewood completed our home in less than 5 months to allow us to move out of our old house on time, and move right in to the new house and settle before welcoming our newborn. Even after moving in Larry has been on-call for any last punch list items and has been very responsive and prompt to get these done, a rare occurrence in the home building industry. We are very happy with our new Home. Thanks!

We had an amazing experience building our home with Larry & Rachael and I cannot say enough good things about them and their process. This was our first experience designing and building a custom home and they made it incredibly easy. They were with us every step of the way, helping us with decisions that needed to be made and products, such as flooring, cabinets, and lighting, that needed to be purchased. Every decision was made with our wishes at the forefront while trying to keep us within (or close to:)) our desired budget. The quality of the work and the extra little touches they put into their houses to make them a "home" are second to none and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They communicated frequently with us throughout the process and on regular intervals after we moved in. In fact, several months after we moved in, I asked Rachael if it was normal for me to "miss" talking to her. We have a beautiful home that we love. Thank you Larry and Rachael.

Rachael and Larry built us the home of our dreams! We brought our ideas to a few different builders and after meeting them, knew they had our vision as well. We loved picking everything out ahead of time as it made the building process so much smoother and with minimal delays. Larry had a great eye on the job site and made great modifications to our custom home that turned out better than we imagined! Their subcontractors were amazing to work with and very approachable and would even call us if there was a question or thought a modification was needed to make our home even better. The build came in very close to budget and much better than many of our friends who have built with other contractors. Would recommend them to anyone especially hearing what some of our neighbors have went through building with other contractors!! I can still pick up the phone and call them today with any home project needed and if they can’t do it themselves, they will give me the name of someone who can and with their contact, things get done real quick as their subcontractors have a great relationship with them!

Rachael and Larry were wonderful to work with. The whole process for the remodel of my basement was easy and stress-free. From the selection of materials with Rachael till the last stroke of the paintbrush, everything was taken care of. The crews were here on time and did a fantastic job. We even had to adjust the plan originally layed out due to the structural composition of my basement walls and Larry handled this with ease. Rosewood did a terrific job! They sold our existing house & built our new house all in 4 months of time. Streamlined process, making it very easy to communicate with Rachel and Larry. Rachel was thoughtful when creating our perfect floor plan, implementing many details along the way.
