Hi, I’m Rachael — founder of Lilac Listings at RE/MAX Whatcom County and a lifelong Whatcom County local who truly loves the communities we serve.
Raised as a contractor’s daughter, I learned early the value of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and doing things the right way. Having lived in many parts of Whatcom County and now raising my family here, I bring both local knowledge and real-life perspective to every client I work with.
With over 20 years as a full-time real estate broker, I lead my business with care, structure, and integrity. At Lilac Listings, we believe informed clients make confident decisions, which is why education, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy are at the heart of everything we do. I’m known for anticipating challenges, navigating complex situations, and advocating strongly for my clients from start to finish.

Giving back matters to us. Through our Pay It Forward Project, our team has donated over $30,000 in our first three years to local nonprofits chosen by our clients. I’ve also served on the board of Skookum Kids and chaired the Education Committee for the Whatcom County Association of Realtors for 14 years.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, entertaining friends, or cheering on my kids at the soccer field.
