I had the pleasure of being able to work with Racheal when it came to selling my home. I had never sold a home before and she made the entire process so easy for my family and I. She was very clear and communicative and answered any questions I had in a timely-manner. She is also very flexible. After losing my mother and then inheritance of her home, my sister and I had a choice to make and we couldn’t have made a better choice when reaching out to Racheal. I do not even know where to begin with my experience with Racheal! I knew I wanted to reach my goal of being a homeowner before my little girl gets here in February but the market intimidated me! I reached out to Rachael, we chatted, got some info and before you know it we were looking at homes. I fell in love with the one we chose it just for all the marks. We moved along with the process and here we are, just closed yesterday with keys in hand! I can officially say I am a Homeowner and so grateful and blessed to be ! Where do I even begin! I’ve sold a couple of houses. I was very picky about who I was choosing to sell my rental property. I own a business. I am a go-getter, and I believe wholeheartedly in customer service. I noticed Rachael‘s professionalism through her social media. I knew right away she was just like me. She works hard, and it shows. She’s a girl boss for sure, and I love that. I’m so thrilled I contacted her. She sold our rental property in about a weeks time, got top dollar for it, and stuck to her guns when it came to negotiations. She was definitely working for us (the sellers.) It was the most flawless sale we have ever experienced. I literally kept waiting for a bomb to drop because it was just too easy. But it never did. She stayed in constant communication. I gave her her space to do her thing. And everything went down seamlessly. I cannot recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond, and that’s what you need an a realtor. I hope I never have to sell again, but if I do, I know where to look!

What a fabulous experience I had buying my first home! I had Racheal Pridgen as my realtor and she is absolutely awesome. In fact her whole team really made this whole process so easy and enjoyable. Racheal was in touch with me everyday, sending me listings and if I wanted to go look, we went right away. She also made sure that I understood everything. Rachael is amazing! I bought my first home with her and she made the process so smooth! Rachael is a very aggressive realtor and in todays market, that's what you need! Rachael would have multiple houses lined up for us to go see in an span of a couple hours. It was boom boom boom! Some that JUST went on the market we were able to see the same day! Rachael also has good relationships with other realtors in area which is great! After a short time looking for a perfect house, I found one and within three hours of putting in an offer I was accepted. Rachael is quick and on the ball! I'm in love with my new home!
