Based on experience, special classes and continuing education, Rachel has earned the following industry designations: ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative, SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist - this designation helps serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+, CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert, and CSS - Condominium Sales Specialist.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Rachel enjoyed a career for many years with the Printing and Imaging Association of Georgia holding several positions including President/CEO. Her mantra was to help their members succeed in business. Now, she helps her clients succeed in achieving their real estate goals and dreams!
As a resident of Smyrna, GA Rachel is a mother of two amazing adult children, companion to a special tiny teacup poodle named Ruby.
Rachel's Fun Facts: She recently completed her first half-marathon in Savannah, GA with Team in Training (after two knee replacements). She enjoys walking, working out, massages, tennis, learning, reading, traveling, movies, cooking, dining out, a nice glass of wine, and trying new things. She loves her Sunday School class and making people smile!
