With a passion for service in the Greater Richmond area, Rachel is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Small & Associates Real Estate family, Rachel carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. She has a background in restaurant services from being a host to a manager and she also has experience in the medical field being a Patient Care Technician; which helps her tremendously in the Real Estate field. When Rachel isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors at parks and playgrounds, and also kayaking on the Swift Creek Reservoir. Her family also spends a lot of time at the Richmond Metro Zoo with their son who loves animals. Rachel lives in Woodlake with her husband Robert, 6 year old son Rob, 2 year old daughter Savanah, and their standard poodle Clifford. Rachel Blackburn moved to the Greater Richmond area in 1999 from San Diego, California and has called it home ever since!
