Rachel’s passion is people. She’s a natural communicator and a talented problem solver. Having earned a bachelor of science degree and a master's degree in education, she brings a unique perspective in guiding her clients smoothly through the complexities of the home buying and selling process.

Her responsiveness, clear communication and strategic approach set her apart during inspections and negotiations. An ancillary knowledge of architecture, interior design and eco-friendly alternatives supplements her already strong knowledge of the Portland real estate market.

Rachel provides an educational home buying and selling experience for her clients by surrounding herself with only the best inspectors, contractors, and lenders. As a community member, she believes in giving back, which is why she has aligned herself with the Nick Shivers Team. The Nick Shivers Team donates a portion of every transaction to help provide education, clothing, safety, and shelter for children around the world.
