We love Rachel. She helped us get what we needed and what we wanted too! If someone asks who I recommend as a realtor, I’ll tell them to use her. She’s honest, positive, and works hard to make sure her clients get what they are looking for! When we wanted to look at a house, she got us in very quickly. We were under contract within days of starting to look for a home. The first house we could see ourselves living in, we are in today!

Rachel was the best agent I have ever dealt with. She puts the clients best interest over $, also the most patient agent. When Covid hit and out a damper on things she was very supporting and encouraged us to do what was best for us at the time vs trying to just make a sale. You will not find another agent that bends over backwards as much as Rachel did, working swing shift it was hard to get off at normal hours to go look at a house but rachel was always making herself available when the opportunity for me being off and able to go look at houses or just ask her general questions came up.

Rachel is amazing! She is extremely talented and you add that to her incredible work ethic, you have found a super agent. I talked to her on the phone about selling our home and our rental house and after 10 minutes, I hired her to be our agent, even though we had never met. My lovely bride of 32 years said that might be the smartest thing I have done, in 32 years. Rachel is not only a great agent but she is even a better person. We met when our cars collided, and I was so impressed with how quickly and competently she handled this that we chose Rachel to guide us in the selling of our house of 36 years. Rachel led us as we transformed an old house to one very modern. She will be perfectly honest about what you should and shouldn't do to get your home ready to sell for top dollar. Her unique talent set and background in marketing made her stand out from the rest of the agents we interviewed. Her marketing strategy for our home was incredibly impressive and proved most valuable to us. She knows the Columbia real estate market inside out. She is well connected to other agents in the business, to mortgage lenders, attorney's, and contractors in the area. As we went through the listing process with Rachel and as she guided us through the steps to prepare our home, it quickly became apparent that Rachel is one of the most well respected real estate agents in town. Once our house was on the market, I quickly learned why.

In addition to being the sweetest lady, Rachel took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to meet our goals.
