In my Property Management business, I believe in hands-on management: for instance, in-person showings and involved oversight of maintenance and repairs. I manage both long and short term rentals. In today's market, the opportunities are still immense for buyers. In Wilmington, we are blessed with a thriving tourist trade and movie industry, which makes it ripe for short term fully furnished rentals.
