As a realtor, it has been exciting for Rachel to see the rapid expansion of Charlotte since she decided to call this city home in 2007. The growth has allowed her the opportunity to study real estate trends over time. Paired with her outgoing nature, it gives her the opportunity to listen to each individual's needs in order to guide and advise people on the best solution to their real estate needs- all while having some fun along the way! She moved here to escape winters in Indiana and found marketing positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Alzheimer's Association and Account Director for an Online Marketing firm specializing in Social Media presence.
Rachel is actively involved in initiatives to end homelessness around Charlotte and has volunteered with the Urban Ministry Center since 2014. Almost 90% of real estate transactions begin with an online search. Along with keeping up with the ever-changing market, her background in digital marketing has provided her with the unique ability to keep up with trends and provide an innovative and analytical approach to each sale.
