Rachel Flichel

Rachel has a more unique background in Real Estate as she worked under Kami Brant as her Executive Assistant for 5 years before becoming a Licensed Realtor. She has a long history in marketing and sales but her focus has always been on customer service and building relationships in the community.

Outside of Real Estate, Rachel has a passion for helping low-income women and is the driving force behind Dress for Success Boise Valley where she has been the Executive Director since 2013. She balances being a wife to husband Marty Flichel, and mother of 2 daughters. Rachel’s love for people and the Boise community can been seen in everything she does.
