Rachel was recommended to me and for good reason. She is very friendly and personable. She asked the right questions and we quickly started seeing the types of homes I was interested in living. Rachel always made sure I was comfortable as this process was the first time for me and it was intimidating. She answered all my questions regardless of how simple they may have seemed without judgment. When I was unsure about a home, she asked questions to help me figure out why and what was missing that I wanted, as this would potentially be my forever home. At closing, Rachel made sure I understood what I was signing and asked questions to make sure everything was correct. Her team was helpful in giving me a list of things I needed to do in order to prepare for my move, including contacts for local movers, insurance companies, telephone/cable companies, and BGE, which made things quick and easy to get things accomplished in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Rachel for your home buying needs.

I loved working with Rachel! she was attentive and selective. and Once you select what you are wanting, she has paperwork in hand that day! have questions, concerns, she is also a great sounding board when she knows what you are looking for, so make sure you tell her your likes and dislikes. Mandatory requirements, vs soft requirements. Also, she is WELL knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, what to watchout for (i.e. cost to remove an underground Oil to above ground, and the environmental studies needed). I highly recommend Rachel to anyone!

Rachel was absolutely pivotal in selling our home *AND* purchasing a new home in LESS THAN 2 MONTHS! From first communication to closing on both properties, she and her team made it happen that quickly. We had a very strict budget and we weren’t sure in the times of crazy COVID real estate if we could get something we’d LOVE within our budget. And we also weren’t sure exactly which area of Annapolis we wanted to reside. She entertained all of our questions, took us to multiple listings just to narrow down the scope, and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was simply a rockstar! Highly recommend!

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.

Rachel helped us find the home of our dreams! She is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable about real estate. She made this complicated, sometimes frustrating process that much easier and more understandable for both my husband and me. She is the kind of realtor who can explain the details of a contract, as well as get out a flash light and look for signs of mold under the stairwell. (She has a magic nose, I swear!) This is not a woman who is trying to slap lipstick on a pig and sell it to you: she is on YOUR side trying to find out what is wrong with a house, so you are buying it with eyes wide open! Additionally, she has given us great advice on how to make reasonable changes to list our own house, to make it marketable without breaking our bank. I cannot recommend her enough!

Earlier this year a friend of mine had listed a home with Rachel. I was not in the market for a home and was not living in the area. Consequently, I did not have a realtor and was not pre-qualified for a home loan. I attended the open house and was stunned by this beautifully staged and welcoming home. As a result of Rachel's work and fair but competitive price, several other people competed for this well-appointed home.

Rachel could not directly help me since she was not my representative during the purchase process. After the purchase contract was negotiated; however, Rachel served as my de facto realtor in many ways, she set up appointments with potential lenders, arranged for home inspections, and made herself available for the appraisal, and shared great resources in the Annapolis area. It had been many years since I had purchased a home so I needed a good bit of support and guidance. She was patient, knowledgable, and responsive to all of my inquiries and requests.

Rachel was not paid for any of this, but she could not have been more helpful, supportive, and kind in making connections on my behalf with the best professionals in the area Rachel also formed a welcoming committee to introduce me to some of the folks in the neighborhood. I cannot imagine the loyalty and commitment she would have for her actual clients! I would recommend Rachel to anyone who might be in search of a realtor. Rachel is world-class in her commitment to her clients and is truly an asset to Long and Foster.
