About Rachel

Purchasing a home is one of the single most important investments in your life. After a terrible experience of buying my first home at 23 years old, I knew there had to be a better way to take care of clients through the stressful process! In 2002, I left the corporate world and got my real estate license and knew I found the perfect career for me. In Nov 2013, I opened Hillman Homes, a boutique firm that takes care of all the aspects of the real estate transaction, from beginning to end! Our team has a passion for real estate and we love taking care of our clients.

A little about me: I was raised smack in the middle of New York City. After college at the University of Vermont, I moved to Massachusetts and never want to leave. I became a full-time Realtor in 2002 and can sincerely say that I love my job. My business is over 90% referrals, which demonstrates that I put my clients FIRST! My past jobs in management and obtaining my MBA at Babson College has been instrumental for strong negotiating and customer service skills.

In addition, I also have been involved in development, so I understand what to look for in home inspections and the costs of home improvements. With my expertise and guidance in the home buying and selling process, I can help find the most appropriate home for you. You can be assured that an experienced real estate professional is working with your interests in mind.

I appreciate working with all buyers and sellers, but specialize in helping first-time buyers/sellers, relocation & investors/developers. The Hillman Homes team has agents that support all areas of Massachusetts. We offer help with sales, rentals, investment properties, renovation, property management and international relocation. I am also licensed in NH.
