Rachel Kohn

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Rachel earned her Journalism degree from the University of Cincinnati before building a successful 10+ year career in corporate sales with Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company. Through multiple corporate relocations, she gained firsthand experience buying and selling homes, giving her a deep understanding of relocation real estate, complex transactions, and evolving market conditions. After living in cities including St. Louis, Grand Rapids, and Bentonville, Rachel and her family relocated to Scottsdale in 2018.

Today, Rachel is a trusted Scottsdale luxury real estate agent serving Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix area. She blends expert negotiation skills, advanced sales training (including Dale Carnegie and The Gap Partnership), and data-driven strategy to help clients navigate the competitive luxury home market.

A resident of McDowell Mountain Ranch, Rachel is deeply connected to the community and delivers a concierge-level experience for luxury buyers, sellers, and relocation clients seeking personalized service and exceptional results. She remains actively involved in North Scottsdale through the McDowell Mountain Mom’s Group and the Valley of the Sun J (Jewish Community Center), and proudly serves as Director of Outreach for Freedom Brothers Dog Rescue.
