About Rachel

Rachel is from Conway Springs, Kansas, where she attended Conway Springs High School. She graduated from Kansas State University. She is married to Ryan and has three children named Kennedy, Kade and Kourtlyn. Rachel loves living in Wichita because of the limited commute and the small “big town” feel with the friendly Midwest culture!

Rachel has been exposed to real estate since she was a young child by shadowing her father, Jeff Lange, broker/owner of Lange Real Estate. She recalls in 3rd grade when she wrote a school project on “selling houses” like her dad. There was always an underlined passion and excitement around the real estate brokerage firm, which led her to eventually take the leap in 2016 and migrate into the real estate side! She has enjoyed every minute of real estate because she gets to help people and be challenged in the work she does.

Rachel enjoys the culture at Lange Real Estate; it feels like a big family and doesn’t even feel like a “job”! When working with clients, she desires to learn and understand their goals when buying or selling their commercial property, business or home. She believes her main job is to be a trusted advisor who helps her clients achieve those goals in any way possible. She wants to be a partner in the process, building trust and confidence between her and her client.

With hard work and determination, Rachel achieved her goal of obtaining her broker license, and we are happy to announce that she is now the Supervising Broker for Lange Real Estate.
