A Tennessee native, Rachel grew up learning about real estate literally from the ground up with her Contractor dad and Realtor mom while developing longstanding respect for the industry both as a trade and a profession. Seeking greater knowledge of real estate from the development realm, she pursued her master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning in post-Katrina New Orleans, specializing in Housing, Community & Economic Development, and Land Use Planning. Her postgraduate work experience as a City Planner with the New Orleans Planning Commission and Design Advisory Committee effectively consummated her passion for both residential and commercial development required for the ultimate revitalization of our communities.
