About Rachel
In just one week selling real estate, Rachel Medalie got her first accepted offer. By her third month she sold three apartments and signed two exclusives. That was just the beginning. Rachel next uncovered a lead on a developer who’d listed a building with a competitor and was experiencing slow sales. Once the agreement expired, she landed the deal and ultimately thrilled the client by selling out the 34-unit building in less than a year.
Rachel has since worked tirelessly carving success, selling out buildings and cultivating a large contact base thanks to her incredible drive and tenacity. Her effectiveness is also due to her superb ability to read people well and identify their needs quickly and accurately. Rookie of the Year at her previous firm, Rachel has taken her career to even greater heights partnering with Avi Voda and The Voda Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman where she specializes in new development sales throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island City. She works with developers through every phase of their project, from the ground up through to the marketing and sell-out of a building.

Rachel holds a Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She also is fluent in several languages. Outside of work and family, one of her favorite hobbies is interior design, which lends valuable visual and aesthetic sensibility to her work.
