Rachel Morrison

With her various networks and background in corporate housing, Rachel quickly felt a calling to work within the real estate industry and became a licensed realtor in 2017. Rachel is dedicated to helping clients in Virginia, Maryland, and the greater Washington D.C. area and her ability to coach buyers and sellers in a competitive market continues to set her apart. With over $100M in sales and over 175 homes sold, past clients cite Rachel’s patience, negotiation skills, and effective communication as reasons why they chose her and why they will continue to refer Rachel to friends and family.

Originally from upstate NY, Rachel has lived in the DMV for just about 20 years, and resides in Old Town Alexandria, where she purchased her home in 2021. Prior to real estate, Rachel held various positions to include Director of Public Relations, and Events and Strategic Communications Lead within the federal consulting space at PricewaterHouse Coopers LLP.

When she is not working, you can find Rachel spending time with her two dogs, Sadie and Hope, traveling to upstate NY to hang with family and her four nieces and nephews, singing at weddings, or hanging out with the upstate NY natives at an any of the local “Buffalo Bills” bars in the area.
