When you meet Rachel, you’ll experience Southern charm. Rachel grew up in Texas, but after meeting a mid-western boy, she moved to the Andover area and has lived here for 23 years with her husband and their three kids. She has recently become a grandmother of twin girls - just ask her about them!

Rachel’s specialty is listing and selling your home. She excels at handling the important day to day details which is key to ensuring that your transaction will be completed with minimum surprises. Her background in the mortgage industry is a helpful asset when assessing offers.

Rachel has been with Greenwell for 10 years and she spent 7 years managing up to 95 single family rental homes while also assisting on real estate sales transactions.
