I normally don't give 5 star reviews, but Rachel gets one from me. She was awesome! I felt very comfortable with her. She communicated everything with me ahead of time of issues that may come up. Very knowledgeable of the business. She scheduled everything. I had a hard time getting a gate code because the title company didn't send in the paperwork to the hoa right away. She took the time to call the hoa and the title company to straighten out the problem and got results within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
