Wow! Rachel made buying our home such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and looking for a starter home. We had heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Rachel was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! As soon as houses came on the market she was quick to inform us and made herself available around our schedule to walk through. Rachel explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and closing. We were so happy with her that we even used her to sell our home when we were ready to size up. Highly recommend!

Ronnie Miller and Rachel Rajala worked as a team to help sell my mothers house who recently passed on. They delivered a timely full price offer, held my hand and updated me every single step of the way, informed me of all the selling process issues, and were a joy to work with.
As real estate professionals they clearly and accurately pointed out what to expect in the selling process and never made me feel pressured or incapable of making a decision. I appreciate their care with my moms house and the house I grew up in. Of course all real estate might have good and weak points but the team never made me think this house could not measure up. If I was a buyer I think they could also be outstanding because they did a great job of presenting a modest house in a fantastic area and neighborhood.
I know real estate commissions can be a considerable amount, but with this team they earned it.
