Having relocated to Southern California from North Carolina, Rachel and her family fell in love with the Heritage Lake Community in the City of Menifee. Inspired by the breathtaking lakeside landscape, the abundant sunshine and the welcoming community, Rachel pursued her real estate license to share the benefits of a Southern California lifestyle with others.
Affiliated with the Rathbone Real Estate Group in the Murrieta office of Coldwell Banker Realty, Rachel possesses extensive knowledge in the City of Menifee and the surrounding Cities of Murrieta, Temecula, Winchester and Corona. Rachel has long been committed to education and youth, having worked in the Romoland School District in Menifee. She also feels a deep connection to the 55 and older population and considers it her area of expertise. Rachel believes that adult communities not only provide a safe-haven for people in pursuit of peaceful retirement, but also offer investment opportunities for affordable rentals.
After earning a BA in Business Administration from Winthrop University, Rachel spent 18 years working in local government. Her experience there helps her ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations in a constantly evolving industry, and it taught her to build teams, negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.
Rachel can anticipate and mitigate issues and potential problems before they arise, giving her clients a significant advantage in the most competitive of markets. She is a creative problem solver and savvy in the art of negotiation. Her warm personality helps to put people at ease, and her tenacious, strong-willed and persistent nature make her a powerhouse in helping people reach their financial goals, whether it be home ownership or investing.
When she is not serving members of her community, Rachel enjoys gardening in the California sunshine, health, fitness and travel.
