Rachel is fantastic! She's super knowledgable and and patient, willing to explain every step of the process (even when my partner and I, first time homebuyers, show up with questions like "Wait, what even is preapproval? How do I do that?") She is extremely communicative and took time to really understand what we're looking for. Rachel is also extremely in your corner, and was a constant advocate for us in order to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I couldn't imagine using another realtor to buy our first home, she's the best.

Rachel has been ideal and beyond what one could ever hope for.. She has been alway helpful. I suffered an attack which prevented me from moving on the designated date, and she has hooked me up with the tax collector so that I would not be late with my taxes.
When searching for my "dream home' she zeroed in on what I wanted, and we found the perfect home in two days.Through the negotiations she was always supportive, never left me wondering what was expected of me and safely and quickly brought us to a peaceful conclusion.
What can I say of someone who has been perfect in every respect? I hope that we can find a way to be friends. She has been a good friend to me, and made searching for my dream home, an experience to remember

Rachel sold my home this past Septemeber. When I say she went above and beyond as a realtor, I cannot fully express how good she was and how attentive to my needs she was in handling the sale of this home. First, the house was on a street that makes it a bit of a challenge to sell from a West Mount Airy standpoint. Add to this high interest rates with no prospect of lowering in the future, and the fact I had to be out of there by September 1 and we had a challenge. Well, Rachel did an incredible job of listing the house, pushing the house without being pushy and even assisting the other realtor to the future buyers of my home with her experience in a consignment sale. All those things may have made for a disaster, but due to Rachel's experience as a realtor in The West Mount Airy section of the city, it went off seamlessly and for that I am eternally grateful. Rachel, you were the best and know folks, if you need a realtor in that part of the city or any other, I highly suggest you give her a call.

Rachel was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers and were not familiar with the process. She educated us every step of the way and was available at all hours to answer questions. She never made us feel rushed into a decision, but she kept us aware of all timelines. She didn't want us to just buy a home to get the job done, she wanted us to find our dream home. She did so much more than just finding and showing us houses, she went above and beyond in every sense of the word.

Within the first 10 minutes of speaking with Rachel we knew she was the right fit for us. We had narrowed down our top neighborhoods to Germantown and Mount Airy and Rachel knew almost every nook and cranny of Northwest Philadelphia! Her knowledge and experience not only made the process easy, but most likely saved us thousands of dollars. Rachel and her team were not only quick and responsive when we HAD questions, but they were usually two or three steps ahead of us, solving problems before they arose, almost as if they've done this HUNDREDS OF TIMES BEFORE. Rachel Reilly is a dream come true for anyone looking to buy a home. Plus, she understands homes, neighborhoods, and school systems in both Philly and the greater Philadelphia area like the back of her hand. She is responsive, patient, and full of warmth and humor - TRULY guiding me and my wife in our search every step of the way. And her reputation precedes her. Another agent once asked us if we would consider taking him on. We said we already had "Rachel Reilly" and he smiled and said, "Well, then, you have the best agent in Philly."

This felt apparent from our first meeting with her where she listened with care and poise to what my wife and i were looking for. As first time home buyers, we had gone into that meeting feeling intimidated to start this process and walked out excited that we were going to have someone who was clearly in this WITH us and FOR us. Which is what makes Rachel so unusual and "the best agent in Philly": she's not doing this work to make a sale. She's doing this work because she genuinely loves people and loves helping them find the home that works for them: be it a starter home or a dream home.

With every visit we took to a different house, her enthusiasm and passion for the homes she had selected for us to see was infectious. Rachel helped me buy AND sell my house in Brewerytown in less than 18 months. As someone who did not particularly enjoy my first home-owning experience, I don't know what I would have done without Rachel. I'm not sure what other realtors are like, but I find it hard to believe that they would go above and beyond as she did (for example, while I was living remotely during the selling process, she completely arranged and took care of several home repairs that were needed to complete the sale - I mean, there's no way that's in a realtor's job description).

Rachel answered my texts and calls at all hours of the day and night even when I was sure I was being annoying / paranoid. She was just a genuine comfort during the entire process. I really can't say enough good things - she will always have my referral.

Rachel is THE BEST! I never thought I'd own a home but here I sit typing this from my favorite place I've ever lived. Even in the competitive and stressful market of West Mt. Airy, Rachel made the process enjoyable. From showing us houses at any time of day/night/weekend, to helping us draft a competitive offer (and counter-offer), to connecting us with top professionals for financing, title, inspection, etc., Rachel went above and beyond during each part of the process. Her knowledge, patience, and responsive communication are unparalleled- she taught us so much about older homes, architecture, and what to look for in a basement. Working with Rachel made the home buying process SO easy. My wife and I were (anxious) first time buyers and Rachel was soo patient and answered every single minute question we had. She was extremely knowledgeable about the transaction itself, but also about the houses and the different quirks/problems we found when touring homes.
