Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith prides herself on listening to each client to help them find their next home. As a mother to three teenagers, she knows the importance of family and community, and she always keep the entire family's needs in mind, down to the four-legged ones! She prides herself on the individual attention she gives each buyer. Real estate is a journey that can have ups and downs through the process and she is here to support and negotiate during the "downs" which gets YOU to the "up"...the closing table!

Rachel is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a BA in Communications. She started my career in advertising as a media buyer for 10 years, but then took a leave from the corporate to raise my children, Haley, Brenner, and Addison. The last 8 years she have spent (on and off) in the sales industry, practicing and perfecting my customer service, sales, and negotiating skills.
