Rachel Wardwell took the time to understand our needs as we put our home up for sale and searched for a new one. Her evaluation of our home was thorough and Rachel gave thoughtful counsel about what we should do to prepare our home for sale and how we should price it.

Rachel was responsive to every inquiry to search for a new home, making time to take us to showings without delay. She found homes for us to see that we had not considered and helped us stretch our thinking to what could be possible with a home.

When we found the home we wanted, Rachel navigated us through the home buying process - giving advice about our offer and repairs to request, and working with the sellers' agent to help us come to a timely and smooth closing.

Ultimately, Rachel understood that we needed our new house to feel like home from the beginning and worked tirelessly with us to help us get there. While I truly hope to never move again, if I do, Rachel will be my first call!
