I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was on point on everything. It was my first time buying a home, and she helped me and walked me through every step of the way and explained everything so I could understand. And then 10 months after my purchase I had issues with the warranty company due to my refrigerator going kaput and I contacted her because they were giving me the run around and she made a phone call for me and within a day or two the warranty company did what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend Rachelle, very sweet and patient. Although I don't know if she could handle another newby like me again so soon. Thank you Rachelle, you made this the best experience you could for me and I would recommend you to anyone when buying a home!
