Wow! Rachelle was wonderful to work with. She helped me sell my rental property. Before we could sell it, we needed to put in a lot of upgrades (new appliances, new carpet, new paint, new HVAC, new light fixtures, repair plumbing, repair door, repaint cabinets and more). She handled everything!
I had a selling price in mind, but Rachelle suggested I sell for a higher number which we did. The house sold in 4 days. She was great to work with and she kept me informed all along the way. I definitely recommend Rachelle to sell your home.

Rachelle was very attentive to our needs. She took quality time to help us through the selling of our house and explaining various issues. She was most helpful when showing the house when she got a large many bids, i.e., 13 bids, over a single weekend. She worked with us to evaluate the bids. She did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent to net us an additional $5k over and above the official estimated value of the house. Overall, she did a great job representing us. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
