About Rachelle

My goal is to be your trusted real estate partner through all of life’s transitions. Whether you are buying your first home, downsizing, relocating, settling an estate, or going through other life events, I am here to support you every step of the way. I believe in providing personalized solutions and building lasting relationships with my clients.

Born and raised in Harrisonville, MO, I was very active in choir and theater at Harrisonville High School. After high school, I worked in the hospitality industry and a public accounting firm before I earned my bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University. After college, I moved to Texas where I worked in accounting and finance for 25 years and completed my MBA at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. My husband and I ventured into real estate investing in 2008. We owned and managed single-family rental properties for over a decade, as well as buying and selling several personal residences over the past three decades.

In March of 2021, I stepped away from the workforce to help take care of my aging parents and mother-in-law. Shortly thereafter, I unexpectedly became a widow, which led to many challenges and transitions in my life. Downsizing, settling an estate, relocating (myself, my parents, and my mother-in-law), and selling multiple real properties were all part of the next chapter in life. My parents and I returned to Missouri to be closer to our family during this time. Within a few months of returning to Missouri, we had to place my father in memory care due to his advanced stage of dementia.

As the daughter of a custom home builder, I have always had a passion for real estate and had planned to return to the workforce as a real estate agent. I understand that a real estate transaction isn’t just about buying or selling a property. There are often other circumstances involved that clients need addressed. My commitment to personalized care extends beyond the real estate transaction. I build relationships with other professionals to ensure your needs are met during this significant transition.

Having worked in the Healthcare/Medicare Advantage business sectors and caring for my elderly parents, I value accessibility and comfort in a home. I'll take your unique circumstances into consideration and find a property that meets your specific requirements. You can trust me to prioritize integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and financial prudence in every transaction.

I support our community by participating in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s event and serve on the board of directors for Friends of Megan’s Paws and Claws, a non-profit in Smithville, MO. This role aligns with my love for animals and allows me to give back to the community in meaningful ways.

When I'm not working or volunteering, you'll find me indulging in my passions for travel, hiking, cooking, and cherishing quality time with loved ones – including my beloved dog.
