About Raechel
Originally from Illinois, Raechel moved to Northern Colorado in 1980 and grew up in Windsor. After graduating from college, Raechel married her high school sweetheart, Clay, and they moved to Windsor to raise their first child knowing that this small community valued family and had opportunities for growth. Raechel and her family moved into Water Valley in 2000 just as the neighborhood was being built. Raechel started her career in Real Estate in 1995 and has extensive experience in assisting first time homebuyers, new construction, luxury homes and estate development. Her extensive knowledge of our local Northern Colorado communities and 26 years of business networking benefit her clients to find a home that fits their every need and access to off market inventory through agent relationships. In 2015, Raechel and her family's lives were turned upside down when Clay was diagnosed with cancer. Through this long journey the Windsor community and surrounding areas support and love they have received has been unmeasurable and has developed an even greater passion for Raechel when helping families choose the right NoCo city to call home. She is able to first hand explain the culture of our communities and why this is such an amazing place to live. Helping her community, friends and family has always been the main focus but now she really believes it defines her mission in Real Estate. When Raechel is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time outside with family; paddleboarding, hiking and walking their 2 dogs, Duke, and Sugar.

Raechel has a special energy that makes you feel like you are a priority and she is there to do the work to help you find the perfect home for you. She is clearly knowledgeable about the things you need to consider when buying a home. Brining building reports, repairs, and other important items to the surface for discussion and consideration. She will drive two hours to meet you after spenidng the time beforeghand to set up showing after showing so you can compare and contrast properties.
She is very considerate of your time, and to top it all off, she is friendly and very pleasant to be around. It's all upside when working the Raechel and Drake & Partners! Thank you for helping me find my home. : )

My husband and I recently purchased a home and Raechel made the experience feel like a breeze. She asked exactly what we were looking for and found our home very quickly!
