My partner and I have been thinking of buying a bigger house for a while now. We loved our first home, so we weren't in a rush. That said, we made a hobby of going to open houses every weekend. We have looked at so many homes. We have met so many real estate agents. We met Lupe Quintero at one of the open houses. We had exchanged contact information with a few agents who would send us listings that they thought we would be interested in. Lupe was one of these agents. One of the most significant differences with Lupe is how personal she was when we connected with her. It wasn't automation or too much fluff. She invited us to look at potential listings but never pushed. She remained tenacious and transparent not just in the beginning but throughout the entire process.
Finally, we saw the perfect opportunity to buy a diamond in the rough. It had the bones of our dream home. We knew that attempting to buy this home would be tricky. Buying a home is stressful. Selling a home is stressful. Trying to sell your home and buy a home is very stressful. It takes perfect timing and a lot of trust. We quickly decided to jump on the opportunity, and we knew immediately what agent we wanted to have in our corner. We needed someone with the energy to stay consistent through the process and the creativity to think outside the box to make this happen. She also works closely with Remy Gomez, our Sr Loan Originator. Side Note: Remy is pretty amazing and worked just as hard for us! They worked with us, helping us navigate the sale of our house and get into our new home. They gave us options I don't think anyone else could of, and I am thrilled to say we closed on our forever house yesterday! At the beginning of this process, I spoke with my partner about why I wanted to work with Lupe. There are so many great real estate agents that we have met. And what it came down to in this market is if we were in the ring with someone on our side, we wanted it to be her. She is in it to win it!

I can’t put into words how much we value Raeid and his team. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and continued to be a resource after we closed on our first home. He is a local who has worked in the business for a very long time, and has realistic expectations for how everything should go. You will never feel pressured to do anything, but once you’ve got your sights set, he is a tenacious negotiator who will always do what’s best for you. I can’t recommend Raeid highly enough.

Raeid is the best Realtor in California, hands down. We met with Raeid after getting his contact information from my husband's father. His dad had already bought two homes with Raeid's help and has talked highly of him, so we decided to give him a call. We had no idea where to start or what we needed in order to qualify. We had met with him at the end of 2021 sometime in Sept/Oct. We went to his office (which is nice and clean btw) where he explained to us the process and what was needed. After doing our taxes in 2022, we contacted him again and let him know we had everything we needed to get pre-approved. We worked with his finance department to get the pre-approval, and once we got a number, we were ready to start looking at houses. He listened to everything we were looking for and got houses lined up right away. He even messaged us back late at night when we would send him listings we were interested in. He knew we were expecting our first baby, so we were eager to get into a house by the time she was born. We saw many houses, but found the perfect one within the month, and had the offer accepted from the owner in about a week. He scored us a spacious 5 bed 3 1/2 bathroom home behind Target in Watsonville for 890K! I don't think any other realtor would've got us such a deal. Raeid is laid back and easy to talk to. He answered any and all the questions we had, and listened to what we wanted. We really didn't do too much, his team did all the work.The whole process in general was smooth. It was a pleasure to work with Raeid and his team and will do so for future investments! :)

With a difficult/limited market and a time crunch with my growing family I did not think that we could find ANYTHING in our budget and still be able to stay in Watsonville but Let. Me. Tell. You… I could not have asked for a better Realtor & Lender than with Lupe Quintero & Remi Gomez.

As first time home buyers, they made this experience not only smooth but enjoyable. From day one they were able to accommodate a same day meeting and made us all feel like family. They are extremely communicative and there was no question too big or small that they couldn’t answer.

It was less than 3 months time my wife and I walked into his office and met him to shaking his hand for helping us buy a home. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions he always made time to talk. Even now that the deal is done he still checks up making sure we’re adjusting comfortably to our new home. This was our first time buying a home he made it look so easy it makes me wonder why I waited so long. We were very fortunate to have Raied as our Real Estate broker. He helped us purchase an investment property in Watsonville , ca. He was able to get our offer accepted on an off market property. While our friends were complaining about not being able to find a property, being out bid, and complain how they have been searching for 6-12 months and not being able to secure a property, we were able to get our offer accepted, do our inspection's and close within 30 days all from the comfort of our home in San Diego.

Raied was so attentive and available. Though we live in San Diego we were so comfortable with the constant video conferences, and updates that we didn't feel the need to see the property in person prior to closing. During the inspection, he made sure to conference us in to be apart of the inspection and we were able to ask the inspector and questions we had.

We would highly recommend Raied to anyone looking ot buy sell. Hes a master at his craft. His professionalism , advise and expertise were evident.

We cant wait till he calls us with for another off marekt property so we can do bussiness again because if was so easy and painless investing with RF Realestate.

Raeid Rocks! He was able to help us find us a great investment in Watsonville, California.

We sold a property and were doing a 1031 tax deferred Exchange. We had a short period to identify a replacement property.

With the market being as crazy as it is, we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to complete the exchange, which would have been very costly.

Raeid was able to find us an off market property, get our offer accepted, and close the transaction, all within the allotted time.
