From the onset of our first meeting, Rafael was the consummate professional. He was always on time for our appointments and had a wealth of knowledge on the house hunting process that made it much easier for us. His ability to pare away at the 'fluff' and zoom in on finding out what we needed in a new home made the search less intense and overwhelming for us. Rafael gave us good and solid advice and was very up front about the condition of the homes we saw, the school district we were in (we have young children so that was the most important factor for us) and what to expect when we signed. This made us comfortable in being able to make an informed decision when it was time to decide on our new forever home.
