When in search of a Real Estate Agent, look no further. Rafael has topped the game with his patience, dotting all I’s and crossing his T’s ensuring once we got to the table, things goes smoothly. It was a few years back I was at work and received a call asking if we were selling our house, I usually shun these calls, but something about Rafael aligned with my spirit. As I could not talk at the time, I gave him my husband's number not giving my husband a heads up that he would be getting a call. My husband listened and from there it was history. Selling our house, Rafael walked us through his plan and set a number. We listened and followed his expert advice. He put the house on the market on Wednesday night, that Saturday we had a line from my door down the walkway curved to the sidewalk. By Monday morning we had countless offers bidding way over the asking price. His coaching and being good at what he does allow us to walk away with a sufficient amount of money in the bank to be able to make a new purchase in another state where we had relocated. From the onset of our first meeting, Rafael was the consummate professional. He was always on time for our appointments and had a wealth of knowledge on the house hunting process that made it much easier for us. His ability to pare away at the 'fluff' and zoom in on finding out what we needed in a new home made the search less intense and overwhelming for us.
