Real estate has always been a fascinating business to Rafael. Growing up in the Humboldt/Wicker Park neighborhood he has been witness to the transition and development of the popular neighborhoods they are today. He remembers when neighborhoods like Wicker Park, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, Humboldt Park and Logan Square weren’t fashionable. Now they are some of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Chicago! Being a witness to these transitions has given him first-hand knowledge of Chicago’s most popular and up and coming neighborhoods.

Rafael’s real estate career began in 2009. He acquired his Managing Broker license and worked as an independent broker for 5 years. Aside from that, he has a bachelor’s in business administration and has over 15 years of customer service experience. In his experience, he has focused primarily on assisting first time buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers, while managing a few small-scale rehabs in between. Nothing is more fascinating, to him than gutting a house down to the studs and developing a home from a blank canvas into a masterpiece!
