Rafi went out of his way to ensure that the process of selling our family home of 54 years went smoothly and quickly! He partnered along side myself and my siblings and acted as the construction manager for the items that needed to be repaired. The results were excellent and the house sold for over asking within the first few days! I would highly recommend Rafi and his team!

Rafi is an extremely diligent and professional realtor. From the very fist meeting he came with an organized plan with what we would need to do to get the house ready to sell for the maximum price. While we were away, Rafi took charge to organize the contractors and got things done. With great communications, he was always very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. It has been a true pleasure to work with Rafi throughout the process and I would highly recommend him.

Rafi walked us through every part of selling our house and made sure we were fully informed and comfortable with what was happening at each stage. He went above and beyond by interviewing realtors in Michigan where we were moving to find an agent he trusted to work with us there. You’ll see similar descriptions when reading Rafi’s google reviews. Advocate, diligent, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, etc. All are 100% true. Rafi is in the real estate game to make it happen for you. After finding a house I was looking at, Rafi would immediately schedule a time for us to look at it, almost always the same day. No dropped ball or missed opportunity will be on Rafi’s end. While going through the approval and closing process Rafi helped me look over documents when I had questions, he helped reduce my closing costs and went above and beyond a real estate agent's typical job description. He kept me updated daily on the closing progress. Stressful situations can be made fun when there is someone to teach, guide and cheer you on through it. Thank you, Rafi!

My boyfriend and I just bought out first home and Rafi was our realtor. He was amazing and we love our new home! He was extremely attentive and always available. He sent us new properties to view multiple times a day, and really took what we were looking for into account when showing us properties. Rafi went above and beyond as our realtor. He is a very calm, positive, and hard working individual (which provided so much relief when we were stressed or nervous). We are so happy that we had Rafi to represent us in this transaction. Rafi is the best. I have 40 years experience in sales, sales mgt. and sales training with a major corporation, I was so happy that Rafi had exceeded my expectations. He has market knowledge and came up with a marketing plan via Caldwell Banker that ended up selling my home at the targeted price in one day. He has relationships with all the professionals from painters to attorney's and takes complete responsibility in getting the home sold. Like many, I know many realtors, but Rafi stands out with much more value. I would challenge anyone that is buying or selling, to sits down to discuss a plan with Rafi for a few minutes and see for yourself.
I strongly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

As a first time home buyer I was totally unprepared for the many pitfals that could occur during the process of purchasing a place to live. Rafi not only found us the perfect condo in the perfect location, he helped us obtain financing and found us movers and workmen to prepare our new residence. When our closing was delayed by the sellers, not once but twice, he offered calming reassurance that everything would work out to our advantage. And it did! There is not sufficient praise for the services that Rafi Sahakian provided. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor.

We were interested in purchasing a home in the Chicagoland area but my wife and I weren’t sure if we could based on the current sellers market and our budget. Rafi got recommended by us through a friend of ours. We were so happy that we reached out to him. Rafi set us up with many purchasing options and recommended safe options from a living and investment standpoint. We had a month and a half deadline to purchase and move in to a new house. Rafi was able to recommend and set us up with a great lender with a low interest rate and a with a fast closing window, and a great attorney, all of which were very responsive. As a first time home buyer, I valued this aspect of their work as they provided immediate support and clarity as my wife and I moved through the confusing and intimidating process. Rafi is a great guy and we couldn’t be happier with our home now. It’s just what we were looking for! Thanks again Rafi!
