Rainbow is absolutely the best! She made the whole home finding and buying process extremely easy. She answered any questions we had and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion and kept on top of everything to ensure we closed on time. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to be in our corner for our new home purchase. We had a really bad experience with a realtor a month before and Rainbow was referred to us by Veteran's United. She did everything to go above and beyond to make this process as smooth as it could be. She is VERY knowledgeable and thorough with explanations of next steps throughout the whole process, patient when you ask many questions, and in your corner to make sure you get everything you deserve with your new purchase. She was the perfect balance of caring and professional! I would definitely use her for any purchase in the future!

Rainbow was our realtor when we purchased our home. She was the first person we called when we decided to sell our house. Because of Rainbow's expertise in getting the house ready for sale and knowledge about when to place it on the market, within 30 minutes of putting the house up we had 8 appointments to see it and we had 4 offers (and a 5th pending offer) on the house within 8 hours of its posting. The buyers entered into a bidding war, and Rainbow was able to recognize which offer was a real offer, versus the ones that are just an offer to just get the house off the market so that they could lowball us. She is a SKILLED negotiator. We are SO happy with her work. And she did all of this from a long distance! She was on top of every aspect of this sale. There was NO stress on our end. We are away for this next year, but as soon as we are ready to return to Gainesville, we'll give her a few months' notice - we know that she is key to helping us find a larger house for our growing family. Rainbow provides very professional agent service during the buying process. She responses to my requests to visit the sellers' house acutely. When submitting the buying offers, she always thinks of the best on the buyer's end. Especially in a seller's market right now, Rainbows still works her best to protect my interests. After searching the single-family houses for about a month, Rainbows looked at the condo market and helped me targeted one that ends up being the best among all the houses I have seen. She uses her expertise in the real estate market and understanding of customer's needs to help me find a house at a reasonable price. I also can not thank her enough to help me solve issues during the house inspection, loan process, and closing the deal. I would say Rainbow prepares her homework very well so that I can count on her information to make my decision. I will for sure recommend her to my friends and others.

Rainbow was on top of moving us through the process of selling our home. From the time we were under contract until closing she made sure we had all of our affairs in order and was eager to help with any question I may have had. The one negative thing I would say is that she can be a bit pushy at times but I believe that it is not intentional and for the greater good of getting our property sold. Overall five stars!

Rainbow is a great real estate agent, this is not a generic complement - she is a real go getter; I haven't had an agent like this in decades. From the listing of the property, marketing, negotiation, and all the way through the final signatures she runs full throttle. This is not an agent waiting for something to happen, this is a very sharp engaged lady who makes things happen. Rainbow was amazing in her reality services for me, making sure I had all my questions answered, never in a rush, calling me a few times before the closing. And she even went above and beyond expectations by showing up at the closing, as my agent "going to bat for me." There, she raised a clarifying question to the closing officer which really cleared up for me regarding how to take advantage of the Homestead exemption in the state thereby saving me hundreds of dollars in taxes down the road.
