He is approaching 20 years of experience marketing homes throughout Suffolk County. His real estate career started the day he became interested in investment properties and not too long after that realized real estate was his passion.

His business specialties vary from listing residential properties, condo/co-ops, land, new construction home/development sales, commercial sales/rentals, and rental income properties. Rainer primarily covers Suffolk County on both the north and south shores.

In his 19+ year career, he has completed over 1000 transactions. The one thing that sets him apart from others is his honesty and work ethics. His hard work and dedication have awarded him with a large referral base and repeat customers who have used him as their agent for multiple real estate transactions. He is very knowledgeable in trouble shooting and solving obstacles that arise during transactions (ex. Permit issues, missing CO’ s for decks, basements, etc.). He excels in negotiations.

Rainer was born and raised in Port Jeff Station and is currently living in Miller Place with his wife and four children. He owned the Ridge Deli for over 16 years and his contacts from the deli helped to jump start his real estate career. He and his wife then opened their own real estate companies in Coram and Ridge and successfully ran them for over 10 years. Over the years they merged with Century 21 and after several years affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Mt Sinai. Coldwell Banker is a superior brokerage with an outstanding reputation which Rainer is proud to be a part of. He has received numerous Top Producer awards from Century 21 and multiple awards and recognitions from Coldwell Banker. He sits on the board and serves as Vice President of the Homeowners Association in Strathmore Ridge. His involvement there stemmed from his desire to better the community and help increase property value in the area. Rainer’s goal is to help Strathmore become a thriving family friendly community. The board has already made great strides in helping Strathmore to become financially stable.
