Woohoo! Today we signed loan docs; will close in two days! This journey has been filled with many challenges. I met Ray two short months ago and cannot say enough about him. His expertise, professionalism, commitment and time are unwaivering. Ray quickly earned our trust, went above and beyond what we expected and genuinely cared about us as people first, homebuyers second. We were under pressure to close as the seller's timeline ended Friday. My loan officer Johnny Shallop of Best Option Mortgage (also 5 star) and his Team worked tirelessly and got us financed in tume. Johnny texted me on Saturday to congratulate us, he said "Rainer really worked hard on this one.." Without question on our part. I am so appreciative. Honestly feels like we had two superheroes working on my behalf! Rainer is our hero, and we consider him a friend for life. Thanks Ray!!!

In the current market it was stressful trying to find a home but Ray made it easy. He took our requirements and found us plenty of options to choose from and made himself available any time. He really went above and beyond in helping us out during our closing. I never had to make multiple calls or texts to get ahold of him and that made a big difference.

Wow! What can we say! We found a diamond! We walked in to our new house one Sunday afternoon, a new house just built, Rainer got us in, bought with the help of a great financing person, who has now refinanced our new house and made the process so easy, We know that buying a house is stressful, however Rainer understands the whole road and also it was the holidays and he got us into our house before Christmas
