We met Rahul a couple of years ago at Team Raj Jaggi. We didn't buy a house through them at the time but they were able to guide us. We first heard about Team Raj Jaggi through their yard signs and mailers. So when we decided we wanted a bigger home we reached out to couple of agents. After interviewing a group of agents and including my friends ! We felt comfortable with going with Team Raj Jaggi due to their team system and their production around the area l. They explained to me how they will cross sell my property among different buyers even if they weren’t looking in Levittown. Initially we decided on a higher price because that is what we wanted, even though what Rahul had suggested was abit lower. We had a lot of showings and not many offers. After a minor adjustment! We were able to get multiple offers and sold the home for 3K more than what we were asking. This is the team to hire if you are looking to sell your home. Will definitely be recommending Team Raj Jaggi to my friends and family.

I was looking to buy a home for the last couple of months and was working with different agents. Even though my wife is broker after struggling to find the right thing I figured I reach out to Rahul with Team Raj Jaggi as he was my classmate from Jericho years ago and I saw his signs everywhere. He explained to me how he works and that we have to hire him if we need his expertise. We hired Rahul to represent as a buyers agent and with in 2 weeks we found our dream home. But that wasn’t the end of it, as the house we liked was a bank owned property and as a first time buyer I knew it was going to be hard hone to get. Rahul was there along the whole process he helped us get, financing on the home which was supposed to be a cash only deal. From the work they did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. When we subdivided lots in hicksville, we were looking for a local realtor to help move our projects! That is when we were introduced to Team Raj Jaggi from my other builder friends! We had always seen Raj’s signs around, but when he came and showed us his marketing strategy we were very much impressed. We had two houses next to each other 27 and 29 Notre Dame Ave in Hicksville. Raj sold one for us, then sold the next one to another one of his clients! This team has the buyers and we were able to get multiple offers on the property even before they were fully ready to show. Raj’s database of buyers and the buyer match is no joke! Very easy to see why this team has completely changed the Hicksville markets! With new price per square foot records every couple of years!
My partner and I were very happy with the way Raj and his Team worked and we were able to sell our next few projects with them. They helped sell our new construction properties 46 Wykoff St, 16 Tiptop ln and 55 Sleepy ln. in Hicksville and 58 Fountain Ln in Jericho. And were able to find buyers for us before the completion of the house! We have more projects coming along and we will continue working with them!

Now comes the hero Raj, who gave a guest appearance at the beginning with a big smile and brotherly advice on the housing market. Along the process, we dealt a couple of hiccups in negotiations during inspection and signing contract. Every time RAJ/Rahul(his son) was there to find a solution. He could negotiate the right price for the property, made fixes were necessary, and goes every extra mile to be on the buyer side. One incident touched my heart - he along with his wife and son, went to see the house when I complained about a defect. They examined it like it was their own home and gave me assurance that the defect was not a deal-breaker. I like their personal care. Again, during in final days of offer acceptance, we had to deal with the counter offer but RAJ very cleverly ensured our contract will be signed with no more costs.

Raj was an extraordinary leader, dealmaker, and aggressive. His experience in this industry and especially in Nassau County can’t be priced or negotiable. I would like to maintain a network with Raj for his professional advice. Raj is not just about business, but more than that. His incredible team already won several accolades and sure more to come. He is a great personality who does everything in the best interest of their clients. Very highly recommended!

I almost gave on house hunting, trying to find a nice house in Hicksville. After Raj started working on my requirements, he was very quick to show couple of projects in a very short time. Those days the inventory in Hicksville was running out quickly, even before the houses were listed in the market. On day, Raj called very late in the night (Raj never sleeps, literally!!!) asking me to come the next day, and Voila!!! that was my dream house. He also introduced me to a mortgage banker who was very helpful in obtaining the necessary approvals fast. My husband and I recently moved into our new home and absolutely love it. We saw many many houses with Raj Jaggi and Victoria and they were both so patient. What we like and respect most about them is that they weren't pushy in selling us anything, they heard what we wanted and showed us the houses accordingly and any house we didn't like something about.. they told us to let it be! While searching for my next home, one of my best friends referred Raj Jaggi to me. I met Raj and, after discussing what I was looking for, he promised to help me find the perfect home. He assigned Erik from his team to help assist me in my search.

Erik and Raj both had a ton of patience as we looked at multiple homes over the span of a month. Eventually, I found my dream home which also happened to be a new construction! Raj helped negotiate a price I found was reasonable and we closed within a few months (mostly waiting for the construction work to finish). I recommend Raj if you're looking to purchase a new home, especially in the Oyster Bay area (which is where I was mainly looking).

I have recently bought a house. Since I was the first time home buyer; there were many things I was not aware off. In these times real-estates is really busy and finding the right house for you is almost impossible. Mr. Raj has helped us every step on the way. Within the 2 weeks of the consultation he showed us the house just right for us and we signed the contract week after.
Mr. Raj is not only a great agent but also a great human being. After the closing we came across some problems; which originally should have been taken care off by the previous owner. Mr. Raj took time out of his busy schedule and made sure everything was taken care off.
