Raj Randhawa

Raj Randhawa is the principal, broker, and co-founder of Brexton Commercial, a comprehensive real estate firm that provides commercial brokerage services to landlords, tenants, and investors. Raj Randhawa's expertise encompasses urban retail leasing and sales within the Greater Baltimore-Washington metropolitan region. He has leveraged his knowledge of macro and local retail real estate trends to continually assist clients in the lease and disposition of their assets. Prior to starting his own brokerage, Raj Randhawa was a Development Associate at a local real estate development firm. He was involved with the sourcing, acquisition, development, and asset management of multifamily, office, and retail assets in Baltimore City. Mr. Randhawa is active throughout the real estate community in Baltimore, and serves on the board of directors for the Charles Street Development Corporation. Raj Randhawa holds a B.S. in Financial Economics from UMBC, and is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Washington DC.
