What can we say about Raj – this is our 3rd transaction with him and he’s the best realtor we know! We moved out of town early in this selling process and so the property was vacant the entire time it was for sale. Not only did Raj visit the property multiple times to make sure everything was in order (sometimes just to check on the mail for us!), but he also guided us through every single step, from understanding the paperwork for the listing, to working with the buyer's agent, attorneys, inspectors and all other vendors, to gathering all of the necessary documentation to bring the deal to the closing table. We are very happy with his services.

We were lucky and blessed that we found Rajeev Sinha who is truly outstanding. We met him through a common friend. On meeting him the first time he came prepared with a reassuring and competent attitude and spoke to us like we were friends heading out for an outing. He came across like an extended family, and that’s an added bonus.
Raj (as we call him) was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was phenomenal. If he didn’t pick up he responded with the “will call back” message and always called back within few minutes.
Raj works with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. His attention to detail and level of time/dedication is exceptional. He helped out from referring us to remarkable attorney’s, lending professional’s up to sourcing reputable inspection companies and further helped with requisites till the closing. He was patient and worked through the whole process without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset gave us the confidence he would get the job done – and he did!

Raj is an extremely kind, friendly and helpful broker. We met him at an open house in Jersey City when we were vaccinating between buying or renting. He knew the market really well and gave such helpful guidance. We ultimately worked with him to secure a rental as we were new to the area and were very pleased with the result and with working with Raj to help throughout the whole process.

If you're reading this review, you're probably trying to figure out if Raj is the right pick for you. If you're looking for a friendly, hard working realtor who will go above and beyond to ensure the deal gets done, then you should pick Raj!

We've used Raj for all of our home needs. He is extremely communicative and patient. Great for first time home-buyers or sellers. Also, sold our property at a price we were happy with during a pandemic in a good time period!

Raj was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. He took the time to meet with me to go over the local market, set up an online account for property alerts, and showed me numerous properties during my search. We were so happy with Raj's assistance buying our first home, that when it came time to move we immediately reached out to him to buy our second home. We really couldn't have asked for more from an agent. Raj regularly sent suggested listings, arranged showings whenever we needed them, and was always available for our questions. When it came to our second house, Raj went above and beyond, even coordinating some activity with the city. Throughout it all Raj was the picture of reliability. He would always get back to us and keep us updated right away, and when he committed to do something it always got done on schedule. What's more, Raj really cares.
