Raj helped us in buying an investment property in Austin, Texas. He was very helpful throughout our home buying process from start to end. We had to go front and back during closing as the home was not ready on time for closure, throughout the negotiations and closing Raj was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Beyond Excellent!

A little long, but do read.

I was looking for a place that was within the Austin City Limits, in a decent neighborhood having good schools and was affordable. Does this sound like an unreasonable or unlikely combination? Well, that was what I was told by several other realtors whom I approached ... except Raj Chintakindi.

He was patient throughout the search process, always provided the comps and other relevant data on time, and kept us informed of the changes in the market throughout the process that lasted a little over 10 months. Fast forward to now, we signed up to purchase a new home in a great neighborhood with him as our realtor.

One might think that buying a new home may not require a lot of monitoring - I was sorely mistaken. Things move very fast during the construction and mistakes made by the builder may never get identified or corrected later causing great inconvenience. Raj would go there to the site almost on a weekly basis, send pictures, work with the builder on my behalf directly if he finds anything wrong.

His service was beyond excellent and I have been a very satisfied customer of his. I have also referred 4 of my out-of-town friends to purchase through him so they get benefitted by his dedication and excellence to customer satisfaction.

Thank you RAJ and the Trinity Texas Realty Team, I am a forever fan of your services and will come to you first for my future needs.

From providing market comps for resale homes, meeting with sales managers for new constructions, providing detailed information and options while submitting the offer, negotiating with sellers agent, working with my loan team and title company to ensure timely closing, Raj supported me through entire process, he was very responsive and provided me vendors contact when required. Raj is a pro!! Raj was understanding, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first time ever buying a home in Texas (moving from California) and Raj was the reason our experience was amazing. He understood when we gave our offer, offered amazing and valuable advice from the beginning. He followed up with the builder from day one till we closed, due to Covid we couldn't able to travel/visit the building site, he visited on behalf of us to the construction site every week and gave us the tour(face time) of the construction site and explained in detail the progress. He treated us like his only clients when I know he has MANY. He also has amazing connections in the world of home buying. He makes the process seem effortless.
